My friend Joanne turned 40 last saturday and of course a birthday celebration is not complete without a noodle dish. The pancit guisado is a favorite dish for any birthday celebration. A classmate of mine couldn’t make it to our high school reunion in Manila. However, she brought along the famous Cebu Bibingka. I was delighted. For the past days, I have been whining to my husband that I was craving for Cebu Bibingka. And here was my answer!
