Barrio Fiesta has become synonymous to traditional Filipino dishes and a place where friends and family can gather and enjoy them. Barrio Fiesta restaurants can be seen all over the metropolis, with the latest addition of a P. Gueverra branch near Wilson Street in Greenhills, San Juan. Whenever we order anything at Barrio Fiesta Restaurant, the kare-kare dish (Oxtails with Tripe) is a must.The kare-kare is served bubbling in an authentic palayok.The oxtails and tripe are slowly simmered to tenderness before creating the delectable peanut sauce.
