Whenever we order anything at Barrio Fiesta Restaurant, the [tag]kare-kare[/tag] dish (Oxtails with Tripe) is a must.The kare-kare is served bubbling in an authentic palayok.The [tag]oxtails[/tag] and [tag]tripe[/tag] are slowly simmered to tenderness before creating the delectable peanut sauce.
