Such a creative presentation for grilled seafoods like sugpo (large shrimps), squid, crab, tahong (mussels), oysters with seaweeds as accent. This can only be found at [tag]Barrio Fiesta[/tag]. I am not sure if this is present in all the branches. Since Baguio City is far from the source of [tag]seafoods[/tag], the price is also more expensive. Freshness of the seafood should not be compromised though.
