Such a creative presentation for grilled seafoods like sugpo (large shrimps), squid, crab, tahong (mussels), oysters with seaweeds as accent. This can only be found at Barrio Fiesta. I am not sure if this is present in all the branches. Since Baguio City is far from the source of seafoods, the price is also more expensive. Freshness of the seafood should not be compromised though.
