carrot cakeMy favorite cake of all time. The [tag]carrot cake[/tag] never goes out of style. In all the coffee shops that I go to like Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, Coffee Bean etcetera, the carrot cake accompanies my brewed coffee. A perfect carrot cake contains nuts, a dash of cinnamon , lemon zest with cream cheese frosting. It’s been a while since I last baked carrot cake but this Carrot Cake recipe comes close to my recipe as I remember it.
