Adobong Mani- Garlic Peanuts

adobong maniJust the smell of the toasted garlic prompts me to buy a small packet of Adobong mani or garlic peanuts. This snack goes well with ice-cold softdrink. If I were to make adobong mani, I will remove the MSG or vetsin. The salt and garlic taste is enough. Not too much salt. Here is an adobong mani recipe.
