We ate simple beef stew for dinner last night. The natural beef flavors were only used. No soy or worcestershire sauce. The stewing beef cuts were sauteed in olive oil, cooked in its own broth and lightly sprinkled with ground black pepper and salt. Sorry I don’t know how to write a recipe.
