Gonuts Lite from Gonuts Donuts at the Fort, Taguig City answers the craving for diabetics like me. Call it a sugar fix. The price is ten pesos higher than the regular priced doughnuts. It’s supposed to contain more fiber, 1 gram of sugar and lesser fat. Even if it’s a light doughnut, I’d still take one serving. There is still some sugar in there. And you know this type of carbohydrate diet shoots the blood sugar up.

Now if you find it more expensive, you can munch in more carbos with their original line like Amazing Glaze, Chocolate Frost, Pastillas de Leche, Choc-o-Hazelnut.
