rose coffeeapple pieOn a rainy day, a hot coffee relaxes the frayed nerves. Not just any coffee. The Rose Coffee. With a dainty rose on the top of the cream, the Rose coffee emits a fragrant aroma that soothes. My husband and I took a coffee break at Herricks Taiwanese Specialties (at the Magallanes Commercial Center, Makati City along South Superhighway) after visiting my son’s grave at the Loyola Memorial Park in Sucat. The French Apple pie complimented the rosey taste of our coffee. Mmmm. In Taiwan, Rose coffee is known to be a specialty. Although we didn’t eat their Taiwanese fusion dishes today, we’ve sampled a few like their roast beef crepe, pasta and more. Another favorite coffee drink at this place is Orange Cinnamon Coffee.

We were served this Rose coffee.

Awhile back, they placed more rose petals…

I didn’t eat the rose bud . Instead I placed it in my bag.
