Beef Kaldereta (Beef stew with carrots,potatoes, green pepper) is one of our favorite dishes. It’s too bad that I couldn’t add mashed cooked liver. My husband has gouty arthritis . Live, food entrails , peas and beans are a no-no for anyone suffering from gout. Kaldereta is delicious with lots of rice.

Here is a similar Beef Kaldereta recipe that I follow. The difference in my cooking is that the stewing beef is marinated in vinegar and pepper for a few hours. It gives it a more distinct taste.
