Who doesn’t know of Eng Bee Tin, makers of Hopia (a bread that is Chinese in origin) ? They have churned up hopia combination. Hopia combi of ube (purple yam) with queso (cheese) and ube (purple yam) with pastillas (candy). Eng Bee Tin certainly knows how to make their products attractive to their loyal customers. As it is , their Hopia mongo is still a best seller. I had the time of my life tasting the rest of their delicacies at the recent Sulong Negosyo at the Market! Market!. Aside from Hopia, they also offer variety of “tikoy” (sticky rice cake) which is ready to eat.
