The first time I tasted Korean beef stew was at “Kimchi” fastfood as a college student. Coming from Cebu , fastfood was such a novelty. Whenever my siblings and I were hungry, we go out of our way to buy food. I haven’t gone to a Kimchi fastfood for years. So when we went to Ponzo’s Fusion restaurant located at the St. Alphonsius Liguori Parish Church, I quickly ordered the beef stew. It tasted just as good as Kimchi’s beef stew , tender combined with a , sweetish , spicy and aromatic sauce.
