
The shrimps are finely grounded so that any pointy parts of the shrimp won’t hurt the tongue. This ukoy was crisply fried and was delicious with the vinegar dip. I had the opportunity to taste this “ukoy” in a food tasting event yesterday. I didn’t get to ask the ingredients from the caterer . Unfortunately , I don’t cook ukoy. Our helper knows how. This Ukoy (Shrimp Patty) recipe gives me an idea to add papaya in it.
