The Museum Cafe is located at the ground floor of the Ayala Museum at Greenbelt 3, Makati Avenue. It has a pleasant, modern-minimalist ambiance and is presented as an extension of the museum cum art gallery. On a weekday evening its pleasantly uncrowded.

The Museum Cafe serves what is popularly called “Asian fusion” , a variety of dishes influenced by various Asian cuisines, predominantly Chinese and Southeast Asian. We started with Fried Spring Rolls and Honey Duck Rolls as appetizers. The spring rolls were good, hot and crispy with ground pork and shrimp filling, dipped in a sweet chili sauce. The Honey Duck was unexceptional, a fancy name for chopped roast duck and veggies rolled up in a rice wrapper. Without Hoisin sauce it would taste like rice paper.
