I am basically a food blogger or more like a photo blogger. So when Jayvee first broached the idea of a food writing workshop, I was excited to learn how to actually write. Being a food technologist, I only know how to rate food according to rating scales , their ph or bacterial count. A food writer is different from a food blogger.

This event is coordinated by Jayvee while The HANDS ON food critique class will be given by Christine Nunag, columnist of leading local industry magazine, F&B World.
