korean cooking
The one thing I like about Korean Grill cooking is that the family takes dinner in leisure. Sometimes the kids just want to eat and run. Not this time. Not when one has to cook the food by yourself.

What does one need?

Portable LPG Oven
oven
This cast-iron pan is typically used for Korean barbeque and is also referred to as a “reverse wok”. This is placed on top of the oven. The dome-shaped interior of the wok provides a large surface for cooking long strips of beef, chicken and other meat strips. It allows juices to drip down for easy pour-off from a spout.

The oven can be bought at any the Home Appliance store including the grill.

The Ingredients
meat

Sliced Beef Sirloin
Chicken Strips
Shrimp (shelled)
veggies

Toasted sesame seeds
Carrots , sliced
Mongo Sprouts
Mushrooms
Green Onions
Sliced Onions
Tokwa
and any other desired vegetables
Sesame Oil
Kikkoman Soy sauce.

It’s actually simple to cook.
1. First is to cover the grill with sesame oil.
2. Add garlic then the meats
3. Just continue mixing the ingredients till cooked.

I just love the flavors and aroma of the sesame oil and soy sauce blended with the meats.

I really love how Koreans and Japanese cook’s their food, and that is to cook in front of the dinning table or even in the dinning table itself, the thing that I don’t like about Korean dishes is, it is dominated by spices, and I don’t like spicy food, Japanese on the other hand likes raw foods, hehe, and they have an expensive foods, sushi here in Davao Cost almost 200 pesos for 6 pieces, heck!
