		<description>Hi!  I read your blog and they make me hungry as always. By the way, I live here in Taiwan and hotpots are everywhere. The next time you go for shabu-shabu I suggest, seafood,shellfish,oysters, scallops or squid or fishballs are better when they&#039;re cooked with the soup. Avoid overcooking them though.  And add eggyolk to your sauce with some garlic and schopped scallions. Yummy! =)</description>
