Sundays is an opportunity for my husband to cook our family dinners. For this particular sunday, Butch grills Sirloin steak and some prawns. The recipe for the steak is simple.

A few hours before grilling, my husband sprinkles ground black pepper and iodized salt liberally on the Sirloin.

Fortunately our cooking range has a cooking grill. We heat the grill till it is VERY HOT. Then the steak is placed on the grill. The key is, the pan or surface one uses must be hot!. Butch used medium heat and cooked till medium well by cooking for 3- 3 1/2 minutes on each side.

And here is our juicy and tender steak.
