bread talk
Bread Talk has been in the Philippines since 2006 and it has remained the country’s only lifestyle bakery brand. And when I say “lifestyle bakery” I mean that they offer more than just your average loaf of bread. They add an interesting blend of ingredients to their baked goods, from shredded pork to white chocolate, making each pastry a quirky culinary delight.

The store’s layout is bright, cheerful, and clean, with the bread displayed at the center of the store and arranged so that you can choose your own assortment of goods, buffet-style.  Each pastry costs around 30 to 40 pesos.  You can even watch the bakers knead the dough while waiting for the cashier to ring up your order.

Bread Talk can be found at Gateway, Cubao and all the Ayala malls.  Click to view more photos of the Bread Talk Trinoma branch.
