marina oyster and seafood grill
If you’re wandering around in Trinoma and develop a sudden craving for oysters in the middle of your shopping, take a break and drop by Marina at the second floor of the restaurant area. This seafood restaurant is best known for their delicious oysters, both fresh and covered in melted cheese and garlic.  Their cheese oysters are baked to perfection so that they’re not runny, nor are they completely dry.  I’m not a very big fan of fresh oysters because they feel strangely gummy in my mouth and they also have this salty, fishy taste.  But perhaps those who are partial to fresh oysters will enjoy the ones at Marina.

Besides the oysters, Marina also offers a very satisfying and filling order of batchoy.  If you’re a big soup lover, you won’t get disappointed by its flavor and by its serving size. I highly recommend this dish for those cold rainy afternoons.
