“Pho” means “beef noodle soup”, a staple dish of Vietnamese cuisine. From the name of the restaurant, you can already tell that pho is Pho Hoa’s specialty. I’ve been going to this restaurant for years now and every time I go there, I always order the same thing - the spicy, flavorful beef stew pho. They didn’t serve any pho during the Trinoma Blogger food tour but they did have some of their appetizers on the table, which I got around to trying for the first time.

The pomelo crab salad is everything an appetizer should be - light, delicious, and seasoned with the spices of that particular cuisine. Who’d have thought that pomelo, shredded crab sticks, and shrimp with a semi-sweet dressing would taste so good?

The fresh spring rolls is another must-order dish that will whet your appetite and leave you craving for some pho. Whether you eat it by itself or dip the roll in sweet peanut sauce, the delicate balance of herbs and spices will make your taste buds dance. Choose from their chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian versions.
Pho Hoa is located at the second floor of Trinoma, in the outdoor restaurant area.
