The Pinoy Food Photo Blog combines my family's love for eating and amateur photography.
Photography is also a hobby which I enjoy but am still learning. read more?
There’s nothing like free food, spiked coffee, and the pleasure of each other’s company to bring bloggers from all corners of Metro Manila together at Delifrance. Bloggers were in for a real treat that evening. Not only did they get to try out Delifrance’s new line of spiked coffees; they were also served some of the restaurant’s best-selling main courses. There was the premiere clubhouse sandwiches, the seafood deluxe clubhouse with layers of crabstick celery salad, the seafood marinara (a mix of juicy shrimp and chunks of fish fillet with marinara source poured over linguine pasta), and beef stroganoff (generous slices of roast beef in creamy stroganoff sauce).
The best coffee tastes even better when complemented by scrumptious dessert. After dinner, bloggers were served a flaming slice of Lava Cake. Think of a rich slice of chocolate cake covered in vodka, then flambeed before your very eyes. Wait for the flames to die then eat it while it’s still warm from the fire.
Oooh too bad I wasn’t able to go! It must have been fun.
