Mamou at Serendra

Mamou is a home kitchen so it is not fine dining. The owner Malou Fores (or Mamou for short) is the sister-in-law of Margarita Fores. Annie her sister assist in the operation of the restaurant proper. The concept of the “Mamou” is focused on her kitchen and the food that she serves at home.. Look at some of these dishes:

Roast Pork & Chicken. Mamou’s citrus rubbed pork and chicken with buttered onions, red or white rice, cinnamon, plantains, and black beans.
