I hate it when I leave my camera at home just when I am eating really good food at The Fort Le Souffle. Forgive me for the blurry photos. Ever since I converted to Pesco-vegetarian four months ago, it is not often easy to choose my meals during business meetings. At Le Souffle, I get a selection of delectable and genuine creation of special dishes such as…

Salad Panache in creamy balsamic dressing with crispy baked prawns topped with sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan Flakes

Grilled Blue Marlin in Lemon Caper Sauce

Caramelized Pastry with marsala sabayon and fresh fruits

No wonder Le Souffle is a popular choice in Metro Manila. With a wide selection of French-Mediterranean fare such as roast beef, pork loaf, and a selection of the best cold cuts in town plus their very own concoction of salads and greens, any lunch or dinner can turn out into an gastronomic adventure.

I love Le Souffle! It’s truly delectable. I tried their food at Citibank-Top of the Citi for a dinner back in 2005 and it was memorable because one factor is it’s overlooking Makati at night.
