WHEN To Best Enjoy Minute Maid
EACH and EVERY MOMENT is the best
To enjoy MINUTE MAID and have a drinkfest
A special occassion needed not
Since Minute Maid makes ANY moment rock!
Minute Maid is made from juicy pulpy bits
With this drink, any event simply fits
It is healthy and of course, nutritious
And let’s not forget that it is surprisingly delicious!
A hearty BREAKFAST, a STROLL in the park
In these simple deeds, Minute Maid puts up a spark
SURFING THE WEB or WATCHING THE TV
Minute Maid is sure to make you giddy
Doing GROUP STUDY or REVIEWING SOLO
Minute Maid will not make you go “uh oh!”
Being alone or not does not matter
When you have a drink tasting better than water
A yummy LUNCH, a tasteful DINNER
Minute Maid completes any meal wherever
SOUND TRIPPING or WINDOW SHOPPING
Minute Maid gives you an ecstatic feeling!
WORKING LATE for papers for a teacher
Minute Maid is a mighty pick-upper
Others indulge in coffee but I drink this juice
Enjoying Minute Maid to STAY AWAKE is a clever ruse!
With Minute Maid, I am driven by energy
Good thing also that it makes my body healthy
Minute Maid also helps me gain focus
To keep my mind in the proper locus
Minute Maid smoothies or lollies are cute ways
To serve and enjoy this drink in good taste
But just drinking cold Minute Maid from its bottle
Is already enough to make my senses rattle
When asked how and when to best enjoy Minute Maid
For me, the list just goes on in an endless raid
Any event simply equals BEST
When paired with Minute Maid and not with the rest!

Some girls spend their weekends at malls or hang out at coffee shops, other girls hit the clubs. My friends and I do those things, too, though we prefer more laid-back activities like watching movies at each other’s houses or going on picnics.
We went on a picnic just recently because we were getting tired of hanging out at Starbucks and inhaling everyone else’s secondhand smoke. For once, we wanted to be in great outdoors, especially since we spend so much time cooped up in an office cubicle or classroom seat. I don’t think most of us even get to step on a single blade of grass during weekdays.
What I enjoy most about picnics is that they feel like mini vacations. Find a secluded, quiet enough spot and it feels as though you’re back in the province. The air is fresher, time moves a lot slower, and your surroundings are far more pleasant to look at. Instead of seeing a concrete jungle, you’re faced with so much greenery. During picnics, you can do so many things you can’t do at your normal city hang outs like learn to fly a kite or lie on the ground while talking. You can take your sweet time and stay as long as you want without having to ignore the dirty looks thrown at you by waiters and other restaurant patrons waiting for their turn to be seated.

Winners of the Healthy Shabu-Shabu Contest
Posted by Lauren | Under contest with 754 views Tuesday Dec 1, 2009Thank you to everyone who participated in our Healthy Shabu-Shabu Contest! To recap: two weeks ago, we did a feature on Healthy Shabu-Shabu’s newest offerings – the Beef Wagyu dish and the King Crab Dish. We then asked our readers which of the two they’d like to try out, plus who they want to bring to Healthy Shabu-Shabu with them. Although we received an overwhelming number of responses (over 100 comments!), we can only choose the three most interesting or witty entries. Each winner will receive a P1,000 gift certificate to Healthy Shabu-Shabu so they can try out the dish of their choice with the person of their choice. I didn’t realize there were so many shabu-shabu fans out there with interesting stories to tell, and it was really tough picking the three winners. I hope you all get to try out Healthy Shabu-Shabu’s new dishes even if your entries weren’t chosen.
And the winners are….
