My mom introduced Lea and Perrins’ world-famous Worcestershire sauce when I was a teen-ager in the seventies. It tastes so good with fish. Since then, it remains as one of my favorite sauces especially since it doesn’t contain MSG, artificial color, or artificial preservatives I wasn’t aware of was that there were many uses for this condiment until I saw a copy of this booklet. I always thought that the worcestershire sauce was to flavor cooked dishes.
