Yummy Quezo de Bola Cheesecake from Indulgence by Irene

I love Cheesecake. I prepare it on special occasions but these days I am so busy to bake. I managed to satisfy my Cheescake fix when foodie blogger Richard sent me a sample of Quezo de Bola Cheesecake.

I know that cheesecakes begin with cheese of course–usually cream cheese, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese or sometimes Swiss or cheddar cheese. Quezo de bola and cheesecake together? Love it. I knew what to expect.

I dragged my husband , and two daughters to the dinner table for dessert. Though our sample Quezo de Bola cheesecake is just 4 1/2 inches, I was able to cut it into four slices.

The Verdict:

Love at first bite.

The Quezo de bola cheesecake contained the right amount of sweetness and creaminess with a hint of quezo de bola sharp flavor. I like that it has the rich and dense texture that I associate with my cheesecakes. The one thing I like about this cheesecake is I am contented with one slice and get immense comfort from it. Perhaps because of its dense texture.
