Batchoy from Jose’s Goto & Pinoy Specials

One of my favorite haunts at the Tiendesitas Food Village is Jose’s Goto and Pinoy Specials. Like most of the other food stalls in the area, Jose’s has a number of Filipino favorites on the menu like lechon kawali, pork chops, and bangus. But whenever I stop by Jose’s, it’s usually for their soup or arroz caldo.
I’m a big soup freak and lately, the weather has been cool enough for me to have a piping hot bowl of mami or goto without even sweating a drop.
After eyeing the menu for a couple of minutes, I decided on a bowl of batchoy.
Compared to the la paz batchoy at Jollibee and Pinoydon, Jose’s batchoy definitely gives value for your money. For only 55 pesos, you get a large, steaming bowl filled with noodles, chicharon, chicken, liver, and egg. It’s an extremely satisfying meal that I can almost never finish because there’s just that many ingredients in it. Try it out yourself – Jose’s Goto and Pinoy Specials is located at the center of the Food Market.

Im sorry to disagree with your post on jose’s goto. I had 2 disgusting experiences with them. The first time was when i dined at their SM Cavite outlet. The tapa i had and tocino my son ate were all seemingly left overs. We found out it was truly left over from last night’s operation. Apparently they cook everything by batch and then serve it carinderia style. whatever is left will be served the next day. Second was at the exact outlet you mentioned – tiendesitas. The sisig we ate was so disgusting puno pa ng buhok ng baboy yung sisig and we saw how crappy their kitchen was. Sobrang baboy ng operation nila.
I dont mean to bad mouth about them im just sharing my experience. Twice to experience it is no coincidence.

did you complain to management. I think that should be the first step. Otherwise, you will look like you are just bad mouthing them. Hope you settled it with them

i want to appreciate lahat ng nag coment but as i experienced here in sm lipa wla naman akng masabi sa service ng mga crew nila cguro kaci mganda ang pmmalakad ng oic o supervisor or kung cnu pman,and the foods well alah din po kc Akng msabi kc mdmi xia at msarap po ang mga luto nilaat the cleanlliness npkA linis nila..

I love Jose’s Goto. Masarap and real value yung tapsilog and tocilog nila. Consistent ang taste and portions sa lahat ng branches nila na napuntahan ko. Puregold Shaw, SM Hypermart Shaw, Tiendesitas.
jose’s goto well good namn cla eh bka nungtym na bago p lng ang company nila .. so if u want to complain bout there products pwede namn kau mag submit sa mismong branches ng pg and sm eh at masarap ang luto nila
